If you are a member and need routine support, please contact your collective via email to keep phone lines clear. If law enforcement needs to verify your membership please have them call the 24/7 emergency support number on your documents.

Manage your Membership:

Growing season ended? You can put your membership on hold to ensure you will be accepted back into the program next season. Your billing will be stopped and restarted automatically. (Don't know your restart date yet? Simply contact us whenever you're ready.)
Put Membership on Hold:

PayPal Payment Change or Cancellation:
1. Log in to your account.

2. Click Settings (the gear icon) near the top of the page.

3. Click the Payments tab.

4. Click Manage pre-approved payments under "Pre-approved payments".

5. Select the payment to view, modify, or cancel.

6. Follow the instructions on the page.
